Decent Stay, Some Issues

gourmet breakfast many options best bed late transport missing sign desired service

The breakfast was good. It felt gourmet with many options. I enjoyed the baked goods every morning and the a la carte options, from pancakes to dim sum. The bed in the room was the best i've ever slept in. Everything felt well-thought-out.

The transport we reserved was late to pick us up from the airport. There isn't any do not disturb sign for the room.

inconsistent service souvenir damage

I found the service inconsistent. Airport transport was tardy. A waiter dropped steak slices without apology , a serious lapse in service. Room service interruptions were frequent because there was no Do Not Disturb sign. One crew member broke souvenirs while handling luggage.
