inconsistent service souvenir damage

I found the service inconsistent. Airport transport was tardy. A waiter dropped steak slices without apology , a serious lapse in service. Room service interruptions were frequent because there was no Do Not Disturb sign. One crew member broke souvenirs while handling luggage.
